Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Utopia Blvd without creating an account.
However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

– Track your orders and review past purchases

– Request a return or exchange directly from your account

– Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been dispatched we can cancel an item, change the color or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact admin@suddenlyanimals.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Payment

How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.

To ensure that you don’t experience any delays in your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

What currency are your prices in?

All purchases are payable in US Dollars, and, unless otherwise noted, prices for all of our items are listed in USD—whether you’re logging in from the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, or any other country.

Who are you guys?

We are four fashionistas who decided to join together and create Utopia Blvd because of our love for different cultures and the unique accessories around the world.

Where are you based?

One of us is based in New York, one in Munich, one in Beijing, and one in Hong Kong.

What products do you sell?

The short answer is, we sell products that we love.

The long answer is we sell unique and hand-crafted accessories that are culturally significant from regions around the world. All our products have a backstory that’s deep-rooted in the creator’s history.

Currently, we are focusing on Asia, so all our products are currently from this region. We do have plans in the future to expand our selection to other parts of the world.

Where are your products from?

We purchase our products directly from the studios or workshops that create the items, so we can ensure the quality of the products that we purchased, and form a close relationship with the creators of our products.

Since currently, our focus is mostly on Asia, our products are all sourced from various countries in Asia. In the future, we do have plans to expand to other regions.
