How long before my order ships?

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For items that are out-of-stock or made-to-order, the processing time varies between 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship internationally with some exceptions. All international shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that international buyers are responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS, or any other customs fees should any package be processed by customs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $100 (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping), we offer free standard shipping to all available countries.

For orders below $100, the shipping fee is calculated upon checkout.

United States: UPS, 7-9 business days.

United Kingdom:TNT Global, 7-9 business days.

Canada: Canada Post / DHL, 5-8 business days.

EU: TNT/DHL Global, 5-7 business days.

Australia: Toll Global Express, 5-8 business days.

Hong Kong: SF Express, 3-4 business days.

Singapore: SF Express, 5-8 business days.

If your country is not included, or if you have any questions regarding our shipping policy, please send us an email (admin@suddenlyanimals.com) and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your Suddenly, Animals products, but in the instance that you are not 100% satisfied we offer exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of the item, given they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, please send us an email at admin@suddenlyanimals.com and let us know which item(s) you are returning.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All made-to-order items are final sale – they may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
